Ages 18 Months – 5 Years

Mommy & Me (Ages 18 months – 3): 45-minute class
Explore music, movement, and basic dance steps with the guidance of a parent or caregiver.

Preschool (Ages 4 – 5): 45-minute class
Introduction to ballet and tap fundamentals in a playful, creative setting.

Ages 5 – 7
K/1 Combination: 1-hour class
Foundational ballet and tap training focusing on rhythm, coordination, and technique.

K/1 Hip Hop: 45-minute class
Fun, upbeat class introducing basic hip-hop moves and musicality.

Ages 7 – 9
2/3 Combination: 1-hour class
A multi-style class covering jazz, tap, and ballet fundamentals.

2/3 Hip Hop: 45-minute class
Builds on basic hip-hop skills with age-appropriate choreography.

Ages 9 – 11
4/5 Combination; 1.5-hour class
Expanded instruction in jazz, tap, and ballet with emphasis on technique and performance.

4/5 Hip Hop: 45-minute class
Continues hip-hop training with a focus on style and progression.

Ages 12 – 18
Middle/High School Ballet & Jazz: 1-hour class
Develops technique in both ballet and jazz for well-rounded dancers.

Middle/High School Hip Hop: 45-minute class
Focuses on advancing hip-hop skills and choreographic expression.

Middle/High School Tap: 45-minute class
Tap combinations and rhythm-based technique for older dancers.

Stretch & Conditioning: 1-hour class
Strength, cardio, and core training to support dance performance and injury prevention.

Pre-Pointe: 1-hour class
For serious ballet students preparing for pointe work. Focus on alignment and strength.

Pointe: 1-hour class (Instructor approval required)
Advanced ballet class for dancers ready to train en pointe.

Beginner/Intermediate Technique (Ages 5 – 11): 1-hour class
Focus on improving leaps, turns, and flexibility.

Adult Tap: 45-minute class
A fun and engaging class for adults to learn or revisit tap dance, no experience needed!
